Works produced overseas will feature at the opening of the Tussock Upstairs Gallery ‘Summer Expo 18-19’ opening on Saturday 15th December. Local artist, Stephen Wright, who has recently returned from a painting trip to Italy will be exhibiting his watercolour paintings that feature Rome, Venice and Ravenna. Anne Hastie will be exhibiting her exciting new colourful Bejing paintings. Alongside these works will be new works by local artists Michael Ryan, Priscilla Fenton, Paul Waycott, David Jarman, Helen Martin, Jane Kempe and Tim Pescott will be featuring new local photographs for visitors to enjoy. The gallery welcomes Melbourne artist Jane d’Oliveyra as a new exhibitor

Along with these exciting works the gallery is pleased to announce that they have introduced a range of artisan gift-wares as part of their ‘Summer Expo 18-19’. New brightly coloured resin home wares by Neolithic will be featured at the opening alongside the Neolithic range of resin jewellery. Neolithic products are popular at Port Douglas and Cairns, far north Queensland.
